Horrible experience. The technician came to my house, broke a TPMS sensor, and became confrontational. He demanded payment even though he had not completed the job and refused to return my car key until he was paid. The entire reason I hired this service was to have a certified technician properly replace and program the sensors. Instead, I had to have my car towed to the dealership, where the repair had to be done from scratch. I even had to call the police to get my car key back. The service initially sounded affordable and convenient, but unfortunately, the experience was anything but. As they say, if something seems too good to be true, it probably is. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

I had a technician come to my home to replace both my front and back brakes and rotors, and Iβm extremely satisfied with the service. The technician was professional, worked efficiently, and completed the job much faster than I expected without cutting corners. Everything was explained clearly, and my car feels great now. I really appreciated the convenience of having the work done at my home and the quality of the job. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs brake work done!

Excellent customer service. Lots of communication. Friendly. Justin did a great job, considered my needs, open about what he was working on and what needed to be done. On time. I will recommend Brakes to You any and every time. The only negative was it was not disclosed that there is an up charge to use credit or debit cards. I was told that by the technician before he started the work which was appreciated. Not a big deal but being upfront with costs is always a good idea.

Thanks to Jason Zamora for coming to the rescue today! Highly professional and efficient in helping me get back on the road. Ive been grinding in my 2016 Ford fusion for a couple weeks now and happy to have it all fixed up. I scouted prices in my area and all were comparable. Appreciated the conve since of staying home while getting my car worked on. 10-10 recommend. π
